  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from HELT. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 905-397-5050. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
