  • HELT offers shipping within Canada and the United States.

    Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, order volume, or coordination requirements for larger orders.

    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat-rate shipping may apply depending on the order and destination.

    Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes
    The shipping address provided at checkout is considered final and will be used for shipment processing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at the time of purchase is complete and accurate.

    If a customer requests a delivery address change after an order has been dispatched, or if the shipping carrier must reroute, redirect, or correct the delivery address due to customer instruction or error, any additional fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer. HELT reserves the right to charge the original payment method for any address correction, rerouting, redelivery, return-to-sender, or related carrier fees incurred after shipment.

    Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. HELT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

    For international shipments, including to the United States, customs clearance procedures may apply. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by HELT and are non-refundable.

    Products are packaged with care to support safe transport; however, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

    Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report any issues in accordance with HELT’s Shipping Information and Return & Refund Policy.

  • HELT does not offer returns or exchanges.

    All products are final sale and eligible for review only in the event of a verified manufacturer defect, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

    Exchanges are not offered for incorrect orders, compatibility issues, installer error, change of mind, or aesthetic preference.

  • Final Sale Policy

    All products sold by HELT are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted only in the case of a verified manufacturer defect, subject strictly to the conditions outlined below.

    Manufacturer Defect Only

    A manufacturer defect is defined as a functional or structural fault present prior to installation or use and directly caused by the manufacturing process.

    Damage resulting from installation, improper installation, misuse, improper handling, programming errors, modification, third-party installation, environmental exposure, power surges, attempted repairs, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

    Defect Reporting Window

    Any suspected manufacturer defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

    Required Documentation

    To initiate a defect claim, customers must provide:

    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear photos and/or videos clearly showing the alleged defect
    • Photos of the original packaging
    • A photo of the shipping label

    Incomplete submissions will delay or void the review process.

    Condition Requirements

    Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in original packaging with all components, hardware, accessories, and documentation included.

    Items showing any signs of installation, mounting, adhesive application, programming, pairing, wear, scratches, damage, or modification are not eligible under any circumstance.

    Inspection & Approval

    All defect claims are subject to inspection and approval by HELT and/or the manufacturer.

    HELT reserves the sole right to:

    • Approve or deny a claim
    • Repair the product
    • Replace the product
    • Offer a store credit
    • Decline the claim if conditions are not met

    All inspection decisions are final.

    Return Authorization Required

    Returns are accepted only after written approval and issuance of a Return Authorization (RA).

    Items returned without prior authorization will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

    Refunds & Replacements

    Approved defect claims may result in repair or replacement. Refunds are issued solely at HELT’s discretion and only if a replacement is not available.

    Original shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and installation or labour costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

    Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refund. Any return shipping fees, storage fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any approved credit at HELT’s discretion.

    Exclusions

    The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

    • Clearance items
    • Special-order or custom-configured products
    • Cosmetic variations inherent to manufacturing finishes
    • Damage caused by third-party handling after delivery
    • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

    For larger or bulk orders, shipment coordination with our team may be required prior to dispatch.

    Once an order has been shipped, HELT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Shipping delays do not qualify for order cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. The shipping address entered at checkout is considered final and will be used for shipment processing.

    HELT is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    All orders are shipped with tracking. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

    For international shipments, including to the United States, customs clearance procedures may apply. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by HELT and are non-refundable.

    Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery. Any issues related to missing items, damage, or suspected manufacturer defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

    Installation, labor, and contractor costs are not covered or reimbursed by HELT.
